Colorful Vintage Enameled & Coated Butterfly Brooch

Vintage Enameled & Coated Butterfly Brooch. This gorgeous and brightly colored brooch is coated with a clear textured embossing over the entire piece, showing fanciful patterns in black, aqua, red and white. Golden glass oval and marquise rhinestones in the torso provide a striking contrast. This exquisite butterfly brooch measures 1.75" wide and 1.5" tall. It was likely made in the 1950's-1960's.  Very good condition other than the area on the left wing where some of the coating is missing - still fine as is to wear.
