This is a stunning adjustable ring designed by Karl Lagerfeld the 1960s, early in his career at the Italian fashion house Tiziani. It has a round plaque fitted with rows of blue, white, red, white and green rhinestones, all prong set. Metal beadwork appears between the rows of stones. It measures 1.25” across.
