Based on a 1950 3100 Chevrolet lowrider, this Hot Wheels die cast first appeared in the 2001 First Editions. It has solid black windows, and gold LW wheels. It does not have pinstripes or detailed headlights, it does have gold grille and base. It was designed by Phil Riehlman and made in Malaysia, 1:64 scale. Chips as seen in photos.
