This is a striking round brooch, made ofTwo tone metal, with a central Aztec figure and the letters Mexico, which is then surrounded by a textured gold tone layer, and finally a rolled edge in silver makes it complete. The pin measures 1.75” across. On the back is inscribed Hechoinmexi, 925, Sterling, as well as a couple of hallmarks. The eagle hallmark tells us it’s from 1948-1979. It also has a loop so that it can be worn as a pendant.
