Hot Wheels Brown Scorchin' Scooter (2005)

Classics 1, looks like Spectraflame brown to me, with white and black tampos, including a skull. It has chrome handlebars and MC3 wheels. Designed by Greg Padginton, #16672. Made in Thailand, 1:64 scale.
